One call to the Monitoring Center will locate your loved one ASAP, or one push of their button, and the Center can help them and knows instantly where they are!

The PAL button works anywhere there is cell phone coverage. This means that the PAL works almost anywhere you go, even out of town!

Conventional help systems only work at home, and sometimes, not even in all parts of the yard! The PAL system uses the modern cell phone network which covers almost everywhere in the US. In fact, it is getting harder to find places where cell phones don't work!

1. Simply push the button wherever you are and talk to the Care Center
2. If you are able, talk to the operator about your situation
3. The Care Center operator will then provide the help you need
4. If need be, the Care Center can call 911 and tell them where you are located, even if you don't know where you are or can't talk!
5. It's one button simplicity! No numbers to know, and no complicated process. Push the button, talk if you're able, wait for help!
